For as many years as I can ever remember this recipe that I’m sharing today is one that I looked forward to at Christmas time at our house every. single. year. Growing up my mom would hand dip what seemed like hundreds of these amazing Peanut Butter Chocolate RITZ cookies. I think she gave dozens away to our neighbors, family and friends but let us eat as many as we wanted to, because after al it was the holiday season!
Now it’s become one of my all time favorites and it took nothing to convince my husband that these were pretty amazing. I made these for our neighbors this past holiday season and well I think we ate about as many as we gave away, if not more. *face palm*
I always keep these simple ingredients on hand for those last minute family gatherings we are going to or church party fellowships or a last minute play date with mama’s and friends…basically it’s the perfect snack for any occasion! Not to mention the perfect on-the go snack too – they freeze so well! It takes no time to make them and I have yet to meet someone that doesn’t like them! You can make them as simple as you’d like or as fancy as you wish. For me it usually depends on how much time I have to invest in this little delicious snack.
