Our little E turned two the middle of July…what a milestone and fun age. I’m loving this stage and age…but in reality I have said that at almost every stage she’s been through!
When we were in Maine at the beginning of July we were just days from her birthday and since I brought along her “birthday dress” I decided to trek out into the woods and snag a few birthday pictures. We dodged the mosquitos that are the size of Texas and braved her grumpies on this particular afternoon.
She whirled and twirled and danced on the winding road in the woods…and she looked at her favorite book as of late…Goldilocks and the Three bears – kind of fitting might you say.
Then as we walked back into “camp”…she spotted the water and made a “b-line” for it so I followed her and let her twirl and dance on the dock…then she decided to sit and make silly faces! I’ll take that!
I love you my little one!
