Our morning routine almost always includes a morning walk. That is unless it’s way to hot, but thankfully the heat is starting to break here in south Mississippi.  Two weeks ago the humidity dropped and it was SO nice out…a taste of fall had arrived, only to be snagged away and we’re back to the humidity and heat.
Oh well such is life!
So I usually just grin and bare it and put on my walking shoes, put little Miss E in the stroller and go for it.  A little sweat certainly didn’t ever kill anyone!
Being outside is not only good for me and getting my day started off right, it’s certainly something that the little one loves just as much.  She looks forward to this being a part of our morning routine and she loves it when the cousins jump on their bikes and join us.
I usually like to grab a little something on my way out of the door to help boost my energy, all with a good protein.  This helps me be able save time by not sitting down to a breakfast, rather just grabbing and getting out the door.  My latest favorite is the Dannon® Oikos® Nonfat Yogurt Drinks I found at Walmart.  They come in a 4 pack so that pretty much gets me set for the week!  With 10g of high-quality dairy protein and zero added sugar it’s a delicious way to eat well on-the-go.
Be sure to grab your 4 pack of the Dannon® Light & Fit® Nonfat Yogurt Drink 4 pack or the Dannon® Oikos®  NonfatYogurt Drink 4 pack at Walmart.  They have many different flavors and this time I stuck to a fav flavor of mine…strawberry.  Next time I’m venturing out though!
What is your favorite on the go snack or go to?  I’d love to know because I’m always look for great new things to try!
