The Instant Pot Banana Muffin recipe is moist, tasty and super quick to make.  A great Instant Pot Breakfast or Instant Pot Dessert recipe that is easy! Plus I love the fact it doesn’t heat up my kitchen with turning on an oven…in 10 minutes our breakfast is ready!  

These great and healthy muffins will stay great in the freezer, pop them out in the morning, heat them up and you’ve got breakfast on the go!

If you’re like me, I always have a few bananas left over, sitting on my countertop going to mush…and I can’t stand throwing food away.  I feel like I’m throwing money out the window…So this Instant Pot Banana Muffin recipe is my go to for using my left over bananas that didn’t get eaten during the week!!  

How to Make Instant Pot Banana Muffin

Here’s how to make this Instant Pot Banana Muffin. 

Instant Pot Dessert Recipe

Step 1 –

I place these few simple ingredients into my Vita-Mix and mix. 

Step 2 –

Pour into your silicone mold and place in your Instant Pot on a rack. Instant Pot Banana Bread

Step 3 –

Let cook in Instant Pot and serve! 

Your Instant Pot Banana Muffins are ready to serve! Serve with some butter – coffee, fruit or juice!  Breakfast is served!

Instant Pot [Name of Recipe] Recipe

I snagged this original recipe: Blender Banana Muffins Recipe and adapted it for us!!  

Ready to make this Instant Pot Banana Muffins? Here’s the recipe card with the exact measurements.

Instant Pot Banana Muffin

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1  medium ripe banana
  • 3/4 c Oats
  • 3 TBSP raw honey
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • Mini Chocolate chips
  1. Using cooking spray, spray your silicone mold for your Instant Pot

  2. Place all of the ingredients, except for the mini chocolate chips, inside a blender. Blend on high until smooth.

  3. Carefully spoon the batter into the silicone mold filling the cups 1/2 to 3/4ths full.  Place a few mini chocolate chips on top.

  4. Place the muffin silicone mold inside the Instant pot on a rack and set for 10 minutes. Once your time is up let pressure naturally release and remove from Instant Pot.
