Here’s how to make this Instant Pot Banana Muffin.
Step 1 –
I place these few simple ingredients into my Vita-Mix and mix.
Step 2 –
Pour into your silicone mold and place in your Instant Pot on a rack.
Step 3 –
Let cook in Instant Pot and serve!
Your Instant Pot Banana Muffins are ready to serve! Serve with some butter – coffee, fruit or juice! Breakfast is served!

Instant Pot Banana Muffin
- 2 large eggs
- 1 medium ripe banana
- 3/4 c Oats
- 3 TBSP raw honey
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- Mini Chocolate chips
Using cooking spray, spray your silicone mold for your Instant Pot
Place all of the ingredients, except for the mini chocolate chips, inside a blender. Blend on high until smooth.
Carefully spoon the batter into the silicone mold filling the cups 1/2 to 3/4ths full. Place a few mini chocolate chips on top.
Place the muffin silicone mold inside the Instant pot on a rack and set for 10 minutes. Once your time is up let pressure naturally release and remove from Instant Pot.
