This post is sponsored by CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Tortilla but the content and opinions expressed here are my own.

It’s the beginning of a brand new year and I’m excited for what’s to come! Why is it that a new year, brings a new start which is refreshing and encouraging all at the same time?

Each year I set goals and one recurring goal on my list is to make small changes within our meal plan and what we eat around our home. Thankfully with each new year there are more and more products that help me make these changes within our home.

Our family loves tacos, enchiladas, quesadillas, wraps or anything else that may require a tortilla!  Using these CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Tortillas that I can snag from my local grocery story (in the freezer or refrigerator aisle section) make a small change in our meal become a huge deal!

What I love about the CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Tortillas is the taste is superb with the bonus of being dairy- free and vegan and cauliflower is the first ingredient. Within minutes I can heat them on the stove in a skillet and we’re ready for our meal. Being naturally gluten, wheat and preservative-free makes it a bonus for us!

If you’d like to try them you can get

Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap

  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 TBSP Olive Oil
  • Seasoned Salt
  • 4 CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Tortillas
  • Ranch Dressing
  • Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • Bacon Bits
  • Optional: Shredded Lettuce
  1. Cut your chicken breasts into thin strips

  2. Sprinkle lightly with seasoned salt of your choice

  3. Add olive oil to a skillet, let heat up for 30 seconds

  4. Place your chicken strips in the skillet, turning every 20-30 seconds and pan fry them until fully cooked and tender.

  5. Cook CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Tortillas according to packaging.

  6. Lay out your CAULIPOWER Cauliflower Tortillas and place two strips of cooked chicken in each tortilla.

  7. Top with desired amount of grated cheddar cheese, bacon bits and ranch dressing.

  8. Optional: Added shredded lettuce to the top

  9. Fold over tortilla and serve!

I have found that this recipe is one my entire family loves, it’s been a great meal to just keep the ingredients on hand and serve when I’m in a pinch for time or lack of meal ideas!

Always feel free to create your own variation within this recipe! If you like spicy things substitute the ranch dressing for a spicy dressing you like. Change up the cheese to a pepper jack, get creative because with just a few small changes you can create a whole new wrap you’ll love!

I’ve found over the last several years that making small changes each year are feasible goals for me…I don’t get overwhelmed, my family doesn’t really notice the huge changes and everyone seems happy! With small changes come big improvements and each step along the way over the course of several years truly adds up.

What are some goals you have for your family in the coming year? What are some small meal/food changes you’ve made in the past that you’ve felt good about?
