Are you going on a nature walk, a fall nature walk?  Use this FREE printable + A Guide to a Photo Nature Walk to help you take fall pictures, nature pictures and learn more photography along the way.

#advertisement I received compensation from Dr. Scholl’s® to write this post. All opinions are entirely my own. #CustomFitRelief #DrScholls

Our family loves being outdoors, we prefer the fall and spring when the weather is gorgeous but even the hot or cold weather doesn’t usually keep us in for long!

When we travel to a new place (or if it’s in our own backyard)  it’s always on our list to find an outdoor location where we can take a family walk, explore the great outdoors and adventure through nature. (FREE Nature Guide Photo List below!)

We were in Asheville, NC this past week and we found so many great outdoor spaces to explore.  We did a lot of walking and exploring while the weather was simply divine!   I’m so thankful for a husband that will take our toddler while I can take my camera and explore alongside of them!  Sometimes we’ll trade and he’ll take the camera and I’ll take our little one but he knows how much I love photography and so he helps me out!

Moms, as you are prepping for your family nature walk, don’t forget about yourself!  Walking can be tiring on your feet, and I know as a mom you are always the one lugging the extras too…so let Dr. Scholl’s® Custom Fit® Orthotics help you stay on your feet comfortably!

At our local Walmart, there is a Dr. Scholl’s® Custom Fit® Orthotic Inserts Footmapping® technology kiosk which was a lifesaver for me!  Talk about simple and such a great fit!  It uses over 2,000 pressure sensors to create your Custom Footmap – identifying your arch type, foot length and unique pressure points. In under 2 minutes, the kiosk evaluates all this data and recommends the Custom Fit® Orthotic Inserts that are right for you!

A step by step to getting the perfect fit:

  • Find the Footmapping® technology kiosk at your local Walmart in the shoe department (usually back of the store)
  • Take your shoes off
  • Stand on the kiosk
  • Follow the screen to help you know how to stand and where to stand
  • It will ask you a couple of questions along the way
  • It directs you to what is the best Dr. Scholl’s® Custom Fit® Orthotic Inserts to purchase for your build/foot map
  • Make your purchase!  Then when you get home be sure to snag the $10 savings HERE!  It’s a VERY simple process and worth the extra few minutes when you get home!

Now grab your camera and your family and hit the great outdoors. Here is a list of what we always try to find on our walk to take pictures of.  It’s always fun to get home and load these on our computer and look through them.  Download your FREE printable list HERE.
