If you’ve been around me long enough, you know I love my coffee.  It’s not the caffeine I love, rather just the warmth, taste and coziness.  In fact, I don’t even drink caffeinated coffee, only decaf!  Crazy, right?  Yet I still love a delicious latte and even better a latte that is pretty!  So whether it’s the art or the coffee mug that makes it pretty, I like it!

My favorite times to sip on lattes are first thing in the slow and quiet morning or mid afternoon.  I used to grab a cup of coffee almost every afternoon when I was teaching full time.  A little something about me you may not know is that I have played piano since I was 7 years old and started my teaching studio at the age of 15, I’ve been teaching for 19 years!recipe for latte  Well I’m happy to share with you one of the easiest and tastiest latte’s I’ve found to make at home.  It’s a simple three steps plus I can get a weeks worth of lattes, 7 days, out of each can!  I don’t own a fancy machine as I don’t have space in our tiny little cottage- so lets say hello to the first frothing coffee creamer- HELLO! …so living a simple life is the route I have to go and I love it!   International Delight® One-Touch Latte™ is available at Walmart in a few short weeks, it’s so perfect –  You can get three flavors – vanilla, caramel and mocha.latte recipe one touch latte

Step 1: Fill cup 2/3 with coffee to leave room for froth.

Step 2: Shake the One Touch Latte™ can.

Step 3: Press and hold the can above coffee for 5-7 seconds and enjoy!  Yes it’s really that easy and quick!latte at home

It’s that easy…I’m telling you!  I made my husband and my father a “fancy” latte last weekend and they loved them…win for me because it’s EASY!!!!

A few additional ideas/tips:

  • Use it in your hot chocolate
  • Use it as a quick on the go coffee when you’re headed to work or out-the-door!
  • Make it your treat in the afternoons when the kids are resting
  • Use it at a party or on a coffee bar
  • Add in a flavored syrup for extra flavor
