Spring Cleaning with Kids

free spring cleaning printable

It’s that time of year where I’ve got the bug to tidy up, clean out and organize along with deep cleaning!  We moved into our new house only three months ago and I’m already finding myself cleaning our ceiling fans, how is that possible?!  Well it’s called life…and this spring weather motivates me…and this year I’m getting our little one involved and excited about helping out!Spring Cleaning with Kids

I’ve created a free printable and let me share it with you –> Spring Cleaning List.  You can divide this list into tasks you feel are age appropriate with your own kiddos.

For my preschooler she already has her daily chores along with chores she helps me with during the week when the time comes.  I truly believe in having our kids help alongside of us to learn what it takes to make a family, a family in rhythm with each other to help our home run smoothly.  Not to mention it teaches them work ethic….mind blowing –> I don’t give allowance for chores!  Can you believe it?  That’s another topic for another day……..(smile!).Spring Cleaning with Kids

I always make sure that the cleaning supplies we are using are kid friendly…why not make sure we can both use them, right?  I love the next generation Bona Premium Spray Mop. It is a high quality spray mop that combines the Hardwood or Stone, Tile, & Laminate Floor Cleaner in a convenient cartridge along with the Bona Microfiber Cleaning Pad. The sturdy handle and grip along with a trigger that releases a fine mist makes it quick and easy to clean your hardwood floors.  I use this for my everyday cleaning and deep cleaning routines.Free Printable Spring Cleaning

Divide this list up…use it as a check list…get creative with how you tackle your cleaning…you’ll not be able to do this all in one day unless you enlist everyone in your family and feed them well for lots of energy!!!
