Life is busy.

Life can be non-stop most days.

Whether our days are filled tending to our children, husbands, families, homes…running errands, working, back to school season, ball fields, community activities, church related events etc…the days can be long but the years are short!relax

Simple Way To Relax after a Busy Day

Yet taking a few minutes at the end of the day to unwind, relax and slow down really does help me focus for the next day and regroup.

I’m sure if you are like me there are several ways to relax and unwind…some nights I have more time than others but one way – which is my favorite way – is to soak in a hot bath – with the bathroom door shut and no little people in there!  Mama, are you with me?  It doesn’t have to be for a long time…honestly it could just be for ten minutes and I’m good.  Just a few minutes of peace and quiet help!Simple Way To Relax after a Busy Day

My recent favorite find is a moms must-have essential!!  After a busy day I’ve been adding some Neutrogena Rainbath (my fav scent has been the Rejuvenating Shower and Bath Gel Pomegranate) to my hot bath and loving it.  Not only does it smell good but it can be applied directly to the body, dispensed into a bath or for shaving!   You can grab at Walgreens and/or walgreens.com, which makes it super convenient so that I feel like I have a perfect home spa waiting for me each night!Simple Way To Relax after a Busy Day

Neutrogena Rainbath comes in five refreshing scents.

  • Refreshing Shower and Bath Gel – Original
  • Renewing Shower and Bath Gel- Pear & Green Tea
  • Rejuvenating Shower and Bath Gel Pomegranate
  • Replenishing Shower and Bath Gel Ocean Mist
  • Restoring Shower and Bath Gel Fresh Plum
