I encourage you to use the self timer on your camera and to get IN the photos…Yes, more of that to come…
but when it’s just the two of us…
It’s a breath of fresh air some moments when it’s just the two of us.
Please don’t judge me, I love our little E more than I could have ever dreamed.
There is just still something about time with this guy, alone. Alone time…to talk, to be friends, to dream, to plan, to just be together.
It’s refreshing.
It’s rejuvenating.
It’s a time to help me re-focus.
It’s a time to help me unwind.
The funny, or not so funny part is the inward struggle of LOVING this time…and
All the while in the back of my mind I’m wondering what or how our little E is doing and I’m not going to lie, at the same moment I can’t wait to see her.
We snagged the camera when I saw this gorgeous light and set the timer for a few fun shots.
No the pictures aren’t perfect, they aren’t all in tack-sharp focus, nor is the composition perfect in them…but guess what we’re in the pictures together and I love it.
So if you don’t know how to use your self-timer, today is the day to learn. I encourage you to grab the camera and get in the pictures. Not only is it fun to get in front of the camera, it’s good for you, why? So that you’ll capture memories with your loved ones, they’ll know you were there and they’ll have memories and moments with you. You’ll thank me later and then you’re loved ones will thank you later! I promise!
If you don’t know how to set your self timer look in your manual or google your camera make and model along with the phrase “self timer” and you should be be able to learn how to set it. It’s generally a very easy set up.
*UPDATE* OR you can purchase a wireless remote for your camera…regardless get IN the pictures from time to time!!
