Thank you Super Lucky Elephant for sponsoring this post.

How to Eat Healthy when Always On-The-Go – Like literally our lives in the month of May…and every other month of the year is in a constant state of forward motion…perpetual.  Yet I refuse to cave into fast-food, eating out for every meal or even sacrificing for the pocket book!  Yet a mama has to do what a mama has to do…to keep the family happy and meals on the table, right?

So today I’m sharing a little meal hack with you + a new favorite that I dare you to try!

Super Lucky Elephant

How to Eat Healthy when Always On-The-Go

A few tips I follow when our life is crazy hectic and I don’t have hours to prep a meal.

1- Key in on Side Dishes – I have found I can easily prep a meat in my instant pot, which I can also change the variety quite often.  Meaning I can do a roast, chicken, beef, or pork – in various marinades to change things up.  I like to focus on quick and easy sides that compliment our meat!

How to Eat Healthy when Always On-The-GoConvenience without compromise – is my new motto!

Our new favorite side dish is the Super Lucky Elephant – Coconut Thai Hom Mali Jasmine Rice. I love the rich culture I can bring into our home with this authentic traditional rice grown only in Thailand!  It’s non-GMO and gluten free!  It is so flavorful, aromatic and you can tell it’s got the highest pure quality.  It’s got the perfect balance and taste of coconut!!!!  Yet I’ve snagged the Thai Hom Mali Jasmine Rice for when coconut doesn’t quite fit into the vibe I’m going for. How to Eat Healthy when Always On-The-Go How to Eat Healthy when Always On-The-Go

2- Find what works for you – because what works for our little family may not work for yours, but I can guarantee you if you try and look long enough you’ll find a meal plan, meals and food that works best for your little tribe.  If you are like me you take pride in your cooking and having food on the table for your family.  With Super Lucky Elephant as a foundation for every meal you can turn ordinary into delicious! How to Eat Healthy when Always On-The-Go

3- Give yourself grace – like seriously, don’t beat yourself up because your entire meal isn’t made from scratch in your very own kitchen.  Take a deep breath!
