As a mom the everyday wear aka outfits can become cumbersome because we want comfort, versatility and yet we still want to be fashionable!  Keeping up with a toddler is like a rodeo some days with her perpetual energy.  We spend a lot of time outdoors and having a good shoe that I can pair with cute outfits is imperative!!!  I’ve come to love my new Reebok Trilux from Academy Sports, that I wear most days and feel like I’m not wearing a “mom uniform”!

One of the highlights of my Mother’s Day was of course spending time with my family, going to church together, going out to lunch and in the afternoon we spent time outdoors.  We went on a walk and explored…all while finding blackberries and pretending that we were hearing deer in our woods!!

Then my little one loves picking our flowers so as a treat every now and then I’ll let her pick a bouquet so we can put them in water and enjoy inside on our kitchen table!  This was a fun afternoon spent together with my favorite people!  Again I love that as I am doing mom activities… now my “mom uniform” is all about comfort and finding the perfect everyday shoe that is functional and great for the spring!  You can find these Reebok Trilux at Academy Sports and I promise you’ll not regret it!

I count my family as one of my greatest blessings and greatest honor to be called “mama”.  I love it and when she looks at me and says “I love you” (and it’s from out of no where) it melts this mama heart!  Thankful for a husband that spoils me and treats me like a queen everyday not just on Mother’s Day.
