It’s the time of year where our calendars are full and we are busy, yet we make room to slow down.  We are learning to be intentional with the time we do have to spend together and slow down.  The “intentional” part is the hard part but I think as we navigate life together we figure it out over time.  Easter Meal Made Simple

With all of that said we are a week away from Easter where we will reflect the Risen Savior, worship with our church family and celebrate with our family as we reflect all that the Lord has done for us. With grateful hearts we’ll sing and proclaim “He is Risen”!Easter Meal Made Simple Easter Meal Made Simple

As you probably read my title to this post – “Easter Meal Made Simple”…we are doing just that this year with our family meal.  I think giving ourselves grace in these areas really does make us stronger moms, wives and ladies as a whole.  I am also learning to do this through our everyday home cooked meals as well.  Finding amazing products, at Walmart, like the Le Sueur ® Very Young Small Sweet Peas sure do make an easy and convenient side dish or addition to our main dish.  Have you ever tried these Le Sueur Peas?  The plus is they stay firm when cooked so you feel like you cooked a good, quality meal.

Le Sueur Peas are the best peas to serve for Easter dinner as well as an everyday dinner!  Many times I use these in recipes that call for sweet peas as well as in salads!  It’s something our family enjoys eating including our toddler – WIN!!!   Do you see her cute Easter plate covered with Le Sueur Peas?!
