I love recipes that are crowd pleasers!  There aren’t to many occasions where I need to make a dish to feed only a few people…generally we are gathering with friends or family and I need a crowd pleaser!  This recipe has been around our family for quite a few years now and it never gets old.  It is always a hit and I hope you’ll give it a try.
Chinese coleslaw is paired perfectly for any grill out…at least in our opinion!  We love it with grilled hamburgers, grilled chicken or even shrimp kabobs.  It’s just one of those side dishes that everyone loves not to mention it’s light and quite fresh.  Might I even add it’s super simple to make and you can whip it up in no time.
I swapped the White Wine Vinegar in this recipe for a healthier option being, NAKANO® Rice Vinegars  – which is a flavorful healthy substitute and is available nationwide in seven clean-label varieties including two organic label varieties!  We loved it in the Chinese Coleslaw I’m excited to try NAKANO in other recipes as a low-calorie alternative to high-fat dressings, marinades, oils or butter.  I’m always up for easy and simple swaps in a recipe that will only better our eating habits!  You can snag a coupon here for your purchase!
