We all know there are those certain recipes that we LOVE serving to our family and friends but the clean up can be gruesome and we just simply don’t have enough elbow grease at the end of the day to put into it. Our family favorite is a recipe handed down from my mom, it’s the BEST and EASIEST lasagna ever. 
It’s the meal you serve but dread cleaning the pan!!!!!! No lie…after all of that cheese melts together…it takes a lot of soaking the pan and elbow grease…now I’m craving this meal as I type! It never fails if she asks me what she should cook for a get together or if company is coming over, I always tell her to fix her lasagna. She just knows how to do it right. She has a recipe but honestly, she really doesn’t follow it, she just knows when it’s right! I try. I try to make it and there is something about it, it’s just not the same to me! I’m slowly getting it down pat…pan after pan, one day I’ll nail it…just like my mama!
