Impromptu is always the best.
Yet I’m such a planner that it’s not even funny. Ask anyone that knows me…they will most likely chuckle and confirm my need for planning in life. Yet when an impromptu play date happens, or an impromptu lunch date or vacation happens they are, hands down, always the best. Would you agree? This is pretty much how this little beach trip came about. Every spring rolls around and we say…”we really need to just go to the beach – us girls and the kids”. So we made it happen! Thanks to airbnb.com we found the most perfect condo that was right ON the beach with three pools. What more could you ask for? Beach trips are made for bouncing from the pool to the beach…then the beach to the pool and put that on repeat. Throw some snacks and food in that mix and you’re good to go!
I loved watching all of the girls dig into the sand, comb the beach for sea shells, see lots of sand dollars, “jump” the waves, feel the wind, walk in the sand, run in the water, jump in the pool, sun kissed skin, wind blown hair, worn out but having the time of their lives!
Can I just say this was my very first time using airbnb.com and it was superb! Like I’m super impressed with our host and the ease of booking etc. It makes me want to book every single one of our travels through them and secondly made me want to have my own place somewhere cool that I can rent out to others to enjoy and make memories at. Seriously.
We had an absolute blast! My little E is still talking about the “each” and “ool”. Oh the memories…so ready to make more memories now!
10 Pictures you need to take when you are at the beach…as a mom you can get busy being in the moment as well as busy making sure everyone is doing what they are supposed to be doing when they are supposed to be! I get it…but snag your camera get these great shots then pack your camera way for the day and enjoy the family.
