We are thrilled to be sponsored on behalf of Well Beginnings a product exclusively found at Walgreens. This is great because Walgreens is about 2 miles from our home which means convenient and when we’re in a pinch for diapers or wipes it’s not a task to go buy them!
As first time parents we had a lot of learning to do…a lot of memories to make…a lot of hard days…a lot of happy times…and most of all so many firsts with our little one. One of our favorite memories is the first day she was home with us, Daddy was changing her diaper for the first time…she was making a mess everywhere while he was changing her…peeing and pooping! It was comical then and still is. It’s one we still laugh about to this day and remember so vividly. Now thankfully she’s sleeping through the night and at 12 hour stretches!!!! One of the HUGE pluses for us using Well Beginnings diapers is the quality it provides with the absorbency. Good Housekeeping tested Well Beginnings as being more absorbent than Huggies! I’ll take that, because the last thing I want to do is be up in the middle of the night with wet sheets, wet jammies and changing diapers! Did I mention the value they bring? An everyday low price of $6.99 for a pack of diapers…allows us to save our money for more important things for our little one!!
When bringing our little one home I knew I wanted to be careful with products we used with her. I personally have sensitive skin and have to be careful what soaps, detergents and products I use…therefore I wanted to be careful with our baby! I’ll share with you things that helped us along the way with our little one.
These are 6 Tips on How to care for your baby’s sensitive skin.
1- Choose hypoallergenic diapers/wipes such as Well Beginnings.
2- Use natural baby shampoos/soaps
3- Consider your washing detergent and be careful what you are using.
4- Be careful what mommy/daddy are using on their skin as it touches baby so much I would expound on each if chosen.
5- Be watchful for what you’re using that way if your baby does have a reaction you can access what has been used.
6- Consider even writing it down in a little journal for awhile so it will help you track when there is an issue!
What are other ways you’ve found helpful to care for your little ones sensitive skin?
