These 4 EASY Fall Steam Activities for Preschoolers including pumpkin stem activities are sure to engage our little learners and teach them science, technology, engineering, art and math all in one activity.

Looking for a fun craft to do with your kids or friends over the fall season?  Maybe pull out a very SIMPLE craft for the kids to do at the family gathering for Thanksgiving?  Most likely you’ll have most of these supplies on hand to craft with the kids and if you don’t you can easily find them.

I am not a particularly a crafty mama but my little toddler is starting to love them so you know what that means?  Yep I’ve got to whip out my stuff and get my act together to make memories with her and do what she loves!

So here goes, 4 simple EASY DIY fall activiites for all ages…and if you get creative you can adapt each one for different ages as well!

Fall Steam Activities for Preschoolers

The first craft is our pumpkin card craft! Step by Step instructions are here for this pumpkin card craft!  This is fantastic for toddlers and easy for moms to prep for!

Next is a Fall Card with Water Color Painting for your older kids!

What you need is pictured below!

Pre- draw their tree if they can’t and let them take the water colors and create the leaves.  We also added in some paints with q tips for some more distinct leaves as well.  Let your child get creative!  The water colors can create a beautiful fall tree!

For our next age group which is middle age more around the 5-7 year olds we only did q-tip painting!  So take your fall colored paints and pre-drawn tree and let them q-tip paint the leaves on the tree and the ground.  It’s a great and EASY craft, keeps them busy for a bit too!

Lastly for a littles we pre-drew the tree and let them finger paint all while we supervised!!  They will love this, no doubt!  Yet keep some wipes on hand!
