Thank you Vanity Fair® Napkins for sponsoring this post. Take on everyday messes with Vanity Fair® Extra Absorbent Napkins!
Dinner time at our house is a time where we focus on spending time together after our busy days. It’s a time we look forward to because we are together and it is our family time. Some of our best conversations happen at the kitchen table…and some of our messiest moments happen at the kitchen table too. With a toddler, we definitely have our share of spills and messes. Thanks to Vanity Fair® Extra Absorbent Napkins, I can clean up the messes quickly with ease. You know those unexpected mealtime surprises all of us moms get?!?! I feel a bit fancy by using these, and at the same time they really are surprisingly absorbent napkins that wipe up mealtime messes better than the leading mid tier paper towel brand!
There isn’t much that’s fancy about me…but Vanity Fair® Extra Absorbent Napkins give me the chance to use a napkin with the effect of a paper towel.
Today has been a cool rainy day, which called for me making a favorite here at our house…Chicken Enchilada Soup. I love that while I’m cooking, now my little Miss E wants to help me…always! I sometimes feel like I’m in a hurry to get what I need finished…but I try to remind myself to slow down and enjoy this season, to teach her and let her be a part of it. This is where it all begins and this is where memories happen!
While we were cooking our soup this morning – she always wants to stir…even if it’s not time to stir. Of course messes happen, so she knows where I keep our Vanity Fair® Extra Absorbent Napkins and she happily runs to the drawer grabs one and cleans up the mess! Too cute.
One thing we love to do during meal time is to occasionally bring out our little table question game…we love asking our little one some of these questions and hearing her response! We get some great conversations that spin off of these questions and many belly laughs too. Then she’ll want to grab a card and ask us a question. She pretends to read it, when in reality she’s making up her own question. Her latest favorite question to ask me is “Mama, what’s your number?” (meaning how old are you!) I laugh every time she asks me that!
24 Preschool Table Questions
Some of the table questions are:
Did something funny happen today?
What do you want to be when you grow up?
What do you like to draw?
What makes you sad?

Here’s to many meal time laughs, cleaning up messes easily with Vanity Fair® Extra Absorbent Napkins, and adding a fancy touch as you and your family make memories together.
What is your favorite meal time tradition with your family?
